Due to the high precision of castings, aluminum-magnesium die castings can be installed and applied with only a small amount of machining, and some castings can be installed and used immediately. The utilization rate of raw materials is about 60%--80%, and the utilization rate of blanks is 90%.

 4. High production and processing efficiency. Due to the high-speed filling, the filling time is short, the metal composite material industry solidifies rapidly, and the cycle rate is faster in the aluminum die-casting work. Among various casting processes, the aluminum die-casting method has the highest productivity and is suitable for mass production. Save time and effort to insert parts. It is beneficial to set up an accurate positioning mechanism on the casting, which is convenient and quick to insert the casting, considering the different characteristics of a part of the casting.

Surface treatment technology of aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles

Due to the poor adhesion of the walls of aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles or the coating on the surface of raw materials, aluminum die castings should undergo surface preparation as much as possible, so that a layer of transformation film is formed on the surface. This not only improves the fusion of the coating, but also further improves the corrosion resistance. The surface treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles is generally acid treatment → boiling water cleaning → cold water cleaning → oxide film removal → cold water cleaning → cold water cleaning → chemical conversion analysis → cold water cleaning → cold water cleaning → double distilled water cleaning → drying → drying.
