Here at Grand inntech, we often get question ask about our fabrication capability. Below are answers to some of the queries we hear most often. Please read and find detailed responses to your metal fabrication questions. If you can’t find the answer you need, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help!

No.1: Are you a trading company or factory?

We are factory. We have 4 manufacture bases in north China offering metal, casting, stamping, laser cutting, CNC turning, welding, finishing, and assembling solution.

No.2 What information you need in order to provide a accurate quotation? 

The more information, the better. However, to provide accurate quote, we will need the drawing or detailed dimensions, quantities, desired lead time or ship date, and specifications. Please note that specifications include testing requirements, certifications, packaging, and any special needs you may have. Feel free to consult your Inside Sales Engineer if in doubt.

NO.3 Do you make your own tooling and dies?

At Grand innotech, we manufacture all of our own tooling, dies, and fixtures. Our work shop enables to build high precision tooling and dies for even the most complex fabricating projects. We also store, maintain, and replace non-permanent dies at no cost to our customers.

NO.4 There is concern that products made in China may be of an inferior quality. Is the quality of Grand Innotech products good?

High-quality services and products are our key selling points. For decades we have been providing high-end customized manufacture solution for many innovate international brand and OEM.

NO.5 Will my intellectual property be well-protected by Grand Innotech in China?

Yes, we will protect your intellectual property well. As a contract manufacture, Grand Innotech manufacture your products in-house. Even if there is a need to source some components from subcontractors, we will only do it for the relevant parts so that the subcontractors cannot obtain a full understanding of your products and secrets.

NO.6 What are the payment terms available?

For regular orders, the payment terms are 30% at order and 70% at sight of BL.

No.7: How about your delivery time?

The standard lead time is around 20-35 days after order confirmation. The lead time may increase for the high volume demand.
