Company Quality Control Process
Ⅰ. Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health Management System Certifications
The company has obtained the certifications of ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), all applicable to the manufacturing of fitness equipment (functional training machines) and their accessories.

Ⅱ. Overall Quality Control System
The company's quality control adheres to standardized management, with technical standards as the core, management standards as the support and work standards as the guarantee. Following the PDCA cycle and continuous improvement methodology, we have built a comprehensive quality control system covering four core modules: Incoming Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Finished Product Inspection and Pre-Shipment Inspection.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
① Conduct inspection in accordance with the company's drawings, technical inspection standards and the GB/T2828.1-2012 Sampling Procedures for Inspection by Attributes.
② Realize full-process data traceability and control through the MES system.

2. In-Process Inspection
① Implement the first-piece inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection system within the production process in accordance with the company's drawings and technical inspection standards. For key processes, a 100% inspection system is enforced in combination with the process quality control plan.
② Carry out strict weld seam inspection to identify and rectify defects such as weld scale, blowholes, sand holes, poor weld joints, undercut, uneven weld width, cold welding, poor weld formation, weld overlap, burn-through and spatter (weld slag) in a timely manner.

3. Finished Product Inspection
① Conduct sampling inspection in accordance with the National Standard GB 17498-2008 for Fixed Fitness Equipment, the company's technical inspection standards and GB/T2828.1-2012 Sampling Procedures for Inspection by Attributes.
② Perform a comprehensive assembly inspection on finished fitness equipment to ensure the integrity and usability of the whole machine.


4. Pre-Shipment Inspection
① Conduct a secondary inspection for products with an excessive inventory cycle before shipment.
② Carry out on-site tracking inspection during the container loading of products to ensure no quality damage during transportation preparation.
Ⅲ. Laboratory Testing Capabilities
The company is equipped with a professional testing laboratory and advanced testing equipment to conduct precision detection and regular life tests on the whole fitness equipment and key components, ensuring that all products meet the expected performance indicators. Ⅳ. Current Product Quality Level
The company classifies product defects and implements hierarchical quality control with strict internal standards, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction:
1. Class A Defects (Critical Defects): Zero defects required for defects affecting product safety.
2. Class B Defects (Major Defects): Internal control standard complies with AQL 2.5 quality level.
3. Class C Defects (Minor Defects): Internal control standard complies with AQL 4.0 quality level.
4. Customer Warranty Rate: Strictly controlled at AQL 1.0 quality level.
